Dear friends, 

Thank you for your interest in registering for THE PULSES CONCLAVE 2020 to be held from February 12th to 14th, 2020 at the Aamby Valley City situated at Lonavala in Pune, India.

Before you proceed with the Registration and Accommodation booking, we would like to draw your attention to a few key factors and request you to please read them carefully. Please feel free to write to us at tpc2020@ipga.co.in in case you have any queries or need any clarification.

The Registration Fees for each Delegate and his/her Spouse are as follows:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The above cost exclude taxes. In the event of any change in Taxes by the Government of India, these rates will change accordingly from the date such changes are enforced by the Government of India.
  2. All Patrons (whose patronship fees are fully paid till date) shall receive a personalized UNIQUE Code on their registered email id. While filling up the online registration form please enter this code to register at the special discounted rate. Please note that this is a personalized UNIQUE Code which can be used only once for your registration. In case you want to register additional delegates from your organization, send us a mail on tpc2020@ipga.co.in and we shall assist you to register them.
  3. Indian Delegates who are not IPGA Patrons should use the link given below to register for the Conclave.
  4. Non-Patrons, on registration, will also get an individual patronship of IPGA upto March 31, 2021
  5. Non-Resident Indians (NRI) will have to register as International delegate and pay in USD
  6. All Group Bookings (more than one delegate from the same organization) will be handled offline. Please CLICK HERE for the same and the IPGA Team will contact you to complete the process.
  7. Person registered as SPOUSE will be entitled to attend the Welcome Dinner, Gala Dinner as well as lunch on Feb. 13th and 14th.
  8. Person registered as SPOUSE shall not be entitled to attend Business Sessions
  9. All International Delegates shall pay in US Dollars. While you will be billed in US Dollars, the remittance to IPGA will be in INR
  10. All International Delegates MUST read the VISA APPLICATION PROCESS before proceeding to Register.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Check-In Time is 12 noon and Check-Out time is 10 am.
  2. Early check-in will be provided by Aamby Valley officials subject to availability of the room category booked by you. In case you anticipate arriving early, please book your room from the previous day to get guaranteed early check-in.
  3. Late check-out will be provided by Aamby Valley officials subject to availability. In case you need a guaranteed late check-out, please book for an additional night as well.
  4. The above costs are exclusive of taxes. In the event of any change in Taxes by the Government of India, these rates will change accordingly from the date such changes are enforced by the Government of India.
  5. Any expenses incurred for room service or restaurants will be payable by a delegate at the time of check-out
  6. Aamby Valley will take a Credit Card Pre-Authorization at the time of check-in to cover incidental expenses.
